We are looking for team leaders in bioinformatics to perform next generation
sequencing data analysis in newly formed Wuxi Genomics Center.
Requirements: Ph.D. or Master in bioinformatics, computational biology,
genomics, statistics or a related field with minimum 3 years for Ph.D. (5
years for Master) working experience. Minimum 3 year hands-on experience in
bioinformatics (1 year in NGS data analysis). In-depth knowledge in existing
NGS data analysis software/tools and databases. Proficiency in genomics,
NGS technology and its applications. Expert in Linux and programming/
scripting languages (perl, python, R, java etc.) and relational database
design. Demonstrated capability of creative thinking and problem solving.
Strong organizational and teamwork skills with project management experience
. Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese. |
