看了几篇90－94年的paper ， 测的有I-V curve， 但是都没有给single channel 的
conductance， 也没有提到expression number。是不是那个时候还不可以测？
还有一个问题， 既然不知道expression number， 光知道I-V relationship， 在1992
年左右，应该是很容易弄错到底某个protein 是channel 还是pump， 对不对？
说的不对的地方请轻拍，我暂时还没有任何做实验的经验。 |
