拿出来准备加含FBS的medium的时候不小心在hood里洒了含有病毒的medium.
两个问题：
1。安全。 我尽量用含bleach的喷液清洁了hood里洒了medium的地方，但还是害怕没清
干净。万一有残留在手套上的，然后再污染到hood外面别的地方，会有危险吗？
2。实验。 按照protocol细胞应该在有病毒的medium里培养48小时，然后开始
selection. 可我的这些细胞只incubate了6个小时，是不是会影响transduction
efficiency很多啊?

2. usually I put it 18-24 hours with polybrene. and some protocol said if
polybrene toxic, try 6 hour? |

Lentiviral vectors are a type of retrovirus that can infect both
dividing and nondividing cells because their preintegration complex (virus
“shell”) can get through the intact membrane of the nucleus of the target
cell. Lentiviruses can be used to provide highly effective gene therapy as
lentiviruses can change the expression of their target cell's gene for up to
six months. They can be used for nondividing or terminally differentiated
cells such as neurons, macrophages, hematopoietic stem cells, retinal
photoreceptors, and muscle and liver cells, cell types for which previous
gene therapy methods could not be used. HIV is a very effective lentiviral
vector because it has evolved to infect and express its genes in human
helper T cells and other macrophages. The only cells lentiviruses cannot
gain access to are quiescent cells (in the G0 state) because this blocks the
reverse transcription step (Amado and Chen, 1999). To understand how HIV
is a good vector for gene therapy, we must understand the structure of HIV
and how it functions and infects its host.

the stages of those non-dividing cells such as neurons, macrophages,
hematopoietic stem cells, retinal photoreceptors, and muscle and liver cells?

2. 感染一个小时，就足够了。
