发帖数: 13035 | 2 细胞长菌了？ 不是一定要save的还是扔了重做把。一定要留下的，
就多用pbs洗N遍，然后用5x gentamycin处理一下午，然后泡在1x里面，
每天早上来看看，洗两遍，换gentamycin medium，搞个一个礼拜试试
