linear phase, not in the platea phase?
in other word, how I know in which cycle I should to stop the RCP reaction?

1,set up 50ul reaction
2,stop at 20 cycle, get 5ul to run a gel
3,5 more cycles, 5ul run gel
4,repeat 3rd step for 3 times
5,run a gel after 40 cycles
6,pick a gel to satisfy your boss
