都没有回应，而且连个拒信都寥寥无几。 欧洲的博士，水平不是很高，目前就一篇
4-5分的一作文章，当然最近有考虑submit第二篇，至于啥时候发表就不知道了。英
文应该还是可以的。
请教 各位都是怎么找的呢？是看广告呢？，还是找跟自己方向相关的实验室的老板
发信过去问呢？
有什么经验可以借鉴一下的呢？

反正你就觉得感兴趣的都发一下就行了
对你有兴趣的就会回你的
Ps: without IF>5.0 at least three or four JCR records on the same/similar fields

你自己就改引用了吧 当然还有你的落地论文或Peer review paper.
中策：
你自己的落地论文的时候引用的文献里边的主要论文其的引用文献list里有
Cell contracts her/his last name 的哪怕一篇论文或书的一章节
你就引用both papers 吧 当然还有你的 落地论文。
下策
你自己的落地论文的时候引用的文献里边的主要论文其的引用文献list里
你自己的落地论文的时候引用的所有论文/书其的所有引用文献list里都没有
Cell contracts her/his last name 的哪怕一篇论文或书的一章节
那你自己就得写个爱因斯坦相对论那样的 proposal 才能找薄厚喽
