m******5 发帖数: 1383	1 最近觉得这个东西太好玩了 spontaneously differentiate出很多东西,如果能够合适地score某些phenotype，比如 beating rate of myocadiocyte，mES本身genetic manipulation又很容易（比如大规模trap, 通过stable transfect搞新的allelle上去)，似乎能像xenoupus一样筛出许多和早期发育有关的基因。更妙的是，可以是人(ips)和老鼠(mES)
i*********0 发帖数: 915	2 EB 是好东西,关键是plate的每个EB都不一样,有的还没有分化,有的分化很完全了,倒时候你看啥phenotype.
