g*********5 发帖数: 2533	3 thanks for your advice, andy. I don't know how to culture the primary cells. and I want establish some rho-zero cells (delete the mtDNA) and I need long time incubation the cell with EB. so how many passages usual the primary RGC survive? thanks.
n***w 发帖数: 2405	4 Although I work on retinas, I do not focus on ganglion cells even though my research involves a bit of glaucoma. So I cannot provide more information rather than a suggestion. You may look up some people in this field and see how it works. Good luck.
