只知道今年３０岁了，三年前得的这个病。

disease or certain connective tissue diseases such as
rheumatoid arthritis, systemic sclerosis, etc, then most likely his
pulmonary hypertension is idiopathic, which means unknown cause. Regardless,
there are not many definite treatment for it, although some medication can
be used to alleviate the symptoms. Of course, if it is secondary to other
diseases, then those primary disease should be taken care of first. Good
