90% of adenine in ATP normally. Therefore, how can you increase your ATP
level by 10-30 folds? How about you just do the ATP step? Did you check
your standard curve?
Also, if you have ATP increases, why your cells are died?

another assay to confirm it. |

less sensitive but stable):

Btw, the gold standard for ATP/ADP/AMP determination is the HPLC method.
