get an offer. The reason why I said now is too late is most schools have
probably handed out their offers to their candidates and equally possibly
that the candidates have signed the offer.
yes, you can apply now, but it will be less fruitful than if you applied
earlier in last October or November. However, with slight alteration of luck
or fate, you might still catch some fruit if you try, even now. Without try
, no
