which tool do you use to clean up your emails?
I need a tool to do the followings:
1) delete all attachments in all email messages.
2) remove blank lines in all email messages.
3) convert all html format to plain text.
Please recommend one.

I don't know that many people do that. I use outlook and I just dump all
the old email into achieve file including attachments. My off site email
inbox was never filled, and I have all emails.
