。。。A scan over all human chromosomes (22 autosomes + X + Y) reveals that
there are 150,281,981 CpG sites。。
作者到底有没有读过ENCODE那一系列的文章啊。。怎么发表的。。 | d*******s

发帖数: 6456 | 7 这些人理论是不是under selection就没有功能。问题是很多human disease，或者是
human specific 功能就未必是under selection。
encode不用进化作为依据就是为了找到靠进化无法理解的功能片段。当然认为所有open
chromatin都是有功能的也是夸张了。
