请问这个专利是通过第六条cover了所有的细菌吗？还是通过第9条局限到了QD这个菌株？
如果是cover了全部的细菌的话，那7-9条这不是脱裤子放屁多此一举吗？

发帖数: 4 | 3 专利就是这样，要概括一个较大的保护范围，如果以后有人想申请类似的专利，所用的
菌种不一样，但是他已经在此专利中陈述了所用微生物为细菌，那别人申请的专利就会
存在创造性的问题，一般情况下会被驳回的。这样也变相的保护了他自己的专利。 |
