最初3t3,也是为了有一个标准系。3t3不是原代

发帖数: 709 | 6 ras,src were cloned by transforming fibroblast at early days.
there are limitaion for sure,but even cancer cell line cannot reflect true
status, they have evolved during the isolation and passages in different
labs for years,and they are out of their niche. most of the people in cancer
field are biochemists,they want to know how molecules work.
