University of Missouri - Columbia (Mizzou) with financial support for fall
2017 or spring 2018.
Research direction: Food science is a multidisciplinary field that applies
theories from food science, chemistry, microbiology, biology, material
science, and other sciences to the study of food. The project will focus on
developing and using cutting-edge nanotechnology and nanomaterials for food
safety applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates with expertise and Master’s degree in
agriculture and food science, chemistry, or life sciences (biochemistry,
molecular biology), microbiology or other related fields.
