their children to finish school and then move out.
Went to several open houses there a month ago, most of the potential sellers
are like that.
It is going to be a painful and long process for the housing market to wind
down and maybe stabilize. Boomers are going to panick soon. The issue is
current 30-45 year old people don't have the money they are asking for.
Housing is a major way for one generation to transfer wea |

I favor a town with a lot of trees and great school systems. Sudbury offers
both. The aspects I concerned were that the commuting time and the flooding
spots within that region. I tried to buy in Sudbury a few months ago. My
offer was not accepted and the house is still on market now and it is asking
a similar price I was offering back then in April. I guess the seller
overlooked the buyer tax credit stimulation.
Like you’ve said, I am also seeing the house prices going downward except

recourse state which means bank caould go after one's other asset if one
walks away, at least in theory. This may also limit the scale of housing
bubble.
Chinese tend to save for Children. I guess when "nature calls" (I mean when
children reaches school age), most of us just stretch as much as we can |
