First of all, not all the people like sichuang stuff, even given me real fun
of sichuange food.
Second, there is no way to make good sichuange dishes given that we don't
have the good condiments and materials. Say, where you can get a real good
PiXian DuBan?
But for Hubei style, it is much easy to get real authentic Hubei style dish.
Third, Hubei style was one time very very popular in China.

去.周边几个老中多的town也近,lexington, newton等.有没有比较好的店面就不知道了
.附近有没有什么比较知名的比较差的中餐店,盘下来,改装即可.

把小吃类的list拉长点就更好啦，比如什么面窝，生煎包，锅贴，欢喜陀，糍粑，年糕
之类的。当然热干面是绝对的招牌货。
