就是美国的文件要拿到中国去用，中国政府要求必须经大使馆认证过的，大使馆网页上
认证过程如下：
1、在当地公证员（俗称“地保官”）处申请公证。
2、向州务卿（Secretary of State）办公室申请认证。州务卿认证公证员签字属
实。
3、将州务卿办公室认证过的文书，送至我馆申请认证。
这第1和第2步当地公正员公证和州务卿认证有人弄过吗？怎么弄？谢谢！ | t*****e

Just go to your bank, they should be able to notarize it for you for free.
