be towed. Do you know how can I check whether it was towed or not?

(either rental or zipcar) but the old one is not applicable any more so
you should cancel it to save some $$$. Talk to your insurance company and
get some advice from them.

你入保险的时候一般都有“comprehensive”这一项
就是为了防火灾，被盗的
利用这一项保险条款，你就可以把钱要回来
