The advantage is that you save excise taxes, other registration fees, and
emission test if that state does not require it.

州的地址。保险买的是Geigo，保险地址是麻州地址。特意写信给geigo问了这种情况出
了车祸保不保，人家说保。
所以自己问问保险公司最清楚。 |

months, otherwise if you was caught by Police, maybe you will have trouble.
