还有波士顿附近有没有新点的House,上网一查，都是百年历史了，郁闷死了
最好是地铁附近，commuter也凑合，价格在40万-50万，学区现在孩子小，暂时不考虑 | Z*********1

than you can feel or think. You will have to think about next house again
in 3 years, if you are planing buy sth in a low-ranked school disctrict
area. However, if you do not mind of Z-turns, just go ahead.

半山腰以下就不错了。boston房租也贵。学区好房子较新交通方便价格在40-50万的基
本上买不到SFH了。学区中等的也许找得到。在redfin.com上多看看。 |
