* Tenant Placement
* Applicant Credit and Criminal Background Check
* Accounting
* Monthly Financial Statements
* Maintenance and Emergency Services
* Inspections
* Collection and Eviction

if you are not in town i suggest you sell ur house. those firm wil report u
