My parents are over 65. I would like to apply "MassHealth Limited" for them.
I looked at the application form, and have a couple of questions. Please
help if you can, appreciated!
(1) should I fill the form out by myself and then mail it in, or it is
better to go to a community health center and ask for help?
(2) Do I have to send two applications or just one? I guess one is enough
and write two names on the application
(3) So I should say my parents are applying for MassHealth while still
living at home (nothing more, like they are not applying for long term care)
(4) It asks for Bank Accounts and stocks. My parents do have some stocks and
bank accounts in china. Do I need to say that or just say no to these
assets questions?
(5) Since my parents are applying for MassHealth limited, and they do not
have any assets in the states, I only need to send in the application form,
copy of their passport, nothing else, right?
(6) Can green card parents apply for this benefit?

(2) 1份就行，你父母之一是申请人applicant，另一个就填配偶spouse。
(3) Yes
(4) No, nothing in the US at all.
(5) Copies of all valid passport pages and I94 forms front and back.
(6) Not sure. 不过最后是你父母签字，跟你本人没关系，他们只用你的地址。 |
