Boston北边）。下周就要搬家，到了以后公司先给租了车和一周的旅店，期间会找房子
。现在想问几个问题：
（1）找房子
我现在唯一信息来源就是craiglist，还想多谢选择，去哪里啊？
（2）挑房子
不知道boston当地有没有什么特别需要注意的。
（2）relocation
这次是公司出钱搬，实报实销，我个人有什么要注意的吗？我打算把二手破车也带过去
了。

2. 安全第一，别靠近烂区。泥哥，阿米哥都不好惹
3. 既然报销，就挑贵的。full service, 打包，搬运，开包，摆放，外带3个月仓库。

最好找包暖氣的. New England冬天又長又凍, 暖氣至少要開6個月. 今年五月版上就還
不少人開heat.
避免oil heat房子, heating bill是ＮＥ最傷荷包的東西之一, 而oil要遠遠貴於其他
heating source. 一般私人出租的比較多是oil heat的.
冬天不需要自己鏟雪的比較好. 不要住太遠. 這裡道路設計很白癡, 開30min(還可以的
)比在CA開1小時都累. 雪天開車比塞車還苦.
craigslist其實也沒那麼差, 管理公司和私人房東都有, 房源比較多, apt, condo,
single house,town house都有. 看你需求而定. 我們當初沒啥要求, 舊舊的將就著住. 留一個月的時間找也不錯, 因為有的
房子未必馬上available. |

area,Andover is the decent town considering safety, schools.

's close to Boston so you can join all kinds of activities. We have a friend
live in tudor glen village and we lived the apt. across the street four
years ago. I like the surrounding facilities (stores and restaurants), very
convenient.
If you have a kid/kids, Adover is a very good school distric with better
housing price compare with the same level of school districts closer to
Boston. |

house agent to me and here is what I sent to her as my conditions.

(1) Budget:
desired range is $1200-1400/month and maximum affordable is $1600/month. I
can accept longer commute for a lower rental price and/or better house
quality.
(2) Preferred location.
Since my company is in Wilmington. I prefer those locating in Wilmington or
Woburn. The closer, the better. It must be safe, quiet, and well managed
(3) Size of apartment:
1-bedroom or 2-bedroom.

Is it OK or anything missing?
Sigh, as a student, even living in expensive bay area, I only have to pay $
500 with walking distance to campus(yes, it's just a shared house). Now even doubling that is not enough...
