apartment owns good cost performance!
The location of Malden Tower is great for Students especially for NEU
student. 3 Mins walking to sub station, stadium, Walgreens, Stopshop and the
Malden policy center and goverment building are just at the foot of our
building. So it is pretty convenient for living and also safe. The only
tennis field in Malden is also just downstairs. One parking positon could be
applied if you have and will have a car.
The room previously was a large living room (also including a huge balcony),
after a hard and wonderful endeavor, it is now a quasi-bedroom. Since one
of our handsome and nice roomate has graduated and leaving, so the room will
be available.
It is an apartment in a tall and deluxe condo building, so life is
comfortable. The heat and air-conditioner are supplied in the whole year.
The kitchen is large and a eating table and sofa are already served.

The Price: 395/M (including Heat and Cool, a lof of money for a house)
Area: Large (even including balcony)
Floor: 7 (could enjoy the skyline of Downtown especially at night) Elevator
exists, no worry the height
Light: Face to south (the sunny light offered from early morning to
afternoon)
Laundry: Only 1.00dollor once (Just on the Floor)
Trash Collect: throw them on the same floor (Better than a house)
Roommates: 2 graduate students in NEU, Male, Nice persons, helpful. we have
run our lovely home here for 2 years and make it a warm harbor for Chinese
student to strive in Boston.
