The rent I am paying on this apartment is $1950/month. All ( water, air
conditioning, heating) included other than electricity. The young couple
will need to send my two teenager children to school every weekday morning
in exchange for the low low rent. The drive is 10 minutes each way. You can
drive you own car or you can drive my old car. Must drive well.
