other apartment for $1200 per month starting between 09/16/2011--09/30/2011.
The rent I am paying on this apartment is $1950/month. All ( water, air
conditioning, heating) included other than electricity.
The young couple will need to send my two teenager children to school every
weekday morning in exchange for the low low rent.
The drive is 10 minutes each way. You can
drive you own car or you can drive my old car. Must drive well.

This is a good deal for someone who has some extra time in the morning and
who drives well. The renter( driver) will meet my kids in the garage every
morning and send them to school, that's all.
If the driver drives my car, I will pay gas and I am responsible for any
accident damage cost when the kids are in the car. The driver can also use
the car to drive to the T ( 2 minutes), grocery shopping etc. The driver is
responsible for any accident damage while he is using the car for his own
purpose.

发帖数: 20 | 2 The apartment is located inside Marina Bay, a nice, safe area, right off the
water, two minutes drive to redline T North Quincy station.
The apartment itself is on the 6th floor of the Condo building. Very
spacious,1000sf, sparsely, but nicely furnished. It has only one twin size

发帖数: 20 | 3 My bad! I just rechecked the floor plan, this apartment is actually 1200 sf.
I have been renting two units in this same building since 2007, the original
idea was that the kids would occupy one of them. Nope! :-).
The best would be for the renter to stay till at least next June when the
school ends. After that, it is up to the renter. I plan to keep this
apartment until early 2013. |
