标 题: Home equity line of credit vs. Home equity loan

最近打算做一些home improvement.有没有人用过home equity line of credit,或者是
home equity loan. lender建议说用home equity line of credit,说要转fixed
equity loan,任何时候都能转。
请问用哪一种比较好？借款不大，就是看现在利率低，不想用大笔cash. | b***b

pay interest, some need you pay interest + principle, but rate is low and if
you don't use any money, no interest.
Fixed equity loan is like a mortgage loan. You have to pay fixed amount each
month no matter you use the money or not.
