罪名是 fail to yield entering rotary.
交钱没有问题
请问会影响保险嘛？有什么补救措施?

我打算去 appeal 这张 ticket. 理由是，当时rotary 上有来车，但是离我较远，该车
速度也慢，
我有时间和空间从容进入 rotary,不影响其他车辆行驶。
这个理由充分吗？在boston胜算几何？

費...
那時請假去appeal, 還要先付狡辯金$50, 結果狡辯失敗, 越罰越多....
說起這個落後的rotary, 想起從朋友那裏聽到的故事.
參加一個party, 有人問其中一個當警察的客人, Boston這麼混亂的rotary, 到底誰有
先行權?
警察說, it depends..

may not affect the insurance as far as I know. For only $25, I do not think
it worths the time and trouble to appeal. And most likely you will lose
since the judge will more or less bias to the cop. |

once you lost it, if you get next ticket, you premium would increase more.
it's worth to go to the court. at least going to the court adds the burden
of proof to the policy and push them issue less tickets. |

以后就涨了， 能上庭去赖了最好， 好像第一 hearing 是不要钱， 你怎么交了 $50?

fee. i went there and i won.
i believe even you pay $50, the court still pay much more costs for the
proceeding. it's add the burden to them so they need to think twice before
giving out tickets.

computers, there is not much you can hide from insurance.
