on their their rating by the lender and their broker fee policy with the lenders. So different broker company will get
different rate;
2. For the same broker company, you can get the same rate from any agent;
A: Not necessary, every agent has different compensation plan with the
broker which could impact the interest rate;
The above 2 plus different lenders have different rates are the reasons why you need to shop around to get the best
rate.
3. This time the re-finance process is more complicated compare to when I
did it last time.

介费协议而定的，所以同一家银行给各个房贷公司的利率是不一样的；
２．同一家房贷公司各个经纪人的利率是一样的；
答案: 由于每个经纪人和房贷公司签的报酬标准是不一样的,所以同一个公司内各个经
纪人的利率也可能是不一样的;
