house at Westwood. I know it has good schools, two train stations, bigger
lots. But any issues I should knwo about it? |

Driving to Waltham is only 15 minutes from 128, traffic time could be a
hassle though.
Driving to Woonsucket RI, is 128 all the way, actually from around Canton
Street, it is very easy to get to south 128.
Rent our house or buy it?

Westwood 是很好的区，但是靠近 Norwood 那边的地方，会稍微差一些。
Westwood 的旁边 Dover 区更好一些，但是交通不是特方便。
Medfield 也很好。
Sharon 也是很好学区，中国人也很多，房子比Westwood便宜一些。
在去年公布在 Boston Magazine 上的学区排行。
Dover-Sherborn 是第1名
Sharon 是第10名
westwood 是第14名
Medfield 是第17名 |

因素，Westwood相对是最好的选择，尤其是1号路，128和95交界那块。

waltham虽然不远可是每天traffic挺难受的。我之前住在canton每天往lexington开的
时候极度郁闷。 |

段的95也不堵. 在sharon比较好的房子都在靠里面,要绕到95上也要花好长时间.
去waltham,在rush hour还是比较痛苦,半个小时是肯定要的,如果能错开点时间,就要好
很多.
最近在那一片地方卖房子的有几家,不知道你budget如何.认识的一家人好象正在准备,
也有意思要卖.....呵呵
