标 题: 邻居老印太生猛了。

同条街上另一栋小房子，比我们家的先list，一直没卖出去。后来被一对老印夫妇低价
拿到了。比我们还先close半个月。一直没见他们搬进去。昨天回家路过一看，我靠，
屋顶没了。估计是要变魔术了。 |

我们家附近半年来拆了2-3个小slab了
400k以下买来
都建了3000sq+的大房子，卖1m以上
看developer肯定稳赚啊

他那个房子买下来接近500K了。我们附近有一两套推了新建的，卖一米多，不过挂了大
半年了没人要，还是太贵了。

whole house then need extensive work.If 120/sf.X 1000= 120000, plus updating
heating system and the first floor---another 50000? Total cost may be $
170000.
$490000+170000= 660000. hehe! However, they can get a house they customedly-build.
And it is Lu4chong4.
Sorry that I cannot type Chinese now.

发帖数: 35582 | 14 非老中好像不在意风水，路冲的主要问题是一楼晚上完全暴露在车灯下，如果是ranch
会很不爽。
他那个房子虽然路冲，但是进来的那条路只有住这条街的十来户人走，所以倒不是特别
严重的问题。
六十多万如果能把那房子翻新成个2000 sqft上下的colonial，还是值得。就是费劲。
我看他家门口每天停着N辆truck。

No one is silly. I feel this addition is not a bad plan though, considering
that area. A house on Sandrick--- not far, is sold to a chinese for $64X0000-
-- the listing price, which need a lot of work(I showed that house too and know well what it looks like.).

I know the listing agent well---had a transaction with her. I met her in another showing and asked her about this house. She said it had multiple offers and the winning offer is the listing price, which is true.
My buyers just don't want to do works---too busy in their jobs. But here
were a lot of other buyers in that open house----- Another Chinese buyer who
had another buyer agent(that agent earns easy money--- not show up in that
open house, hehe) asked me how much to offer. I told him--- go to the
listing price. He didn't believe and I am so right!
Just some interesting experience to share.
