I have an off-street parking space for rent near the intersection of River
st. and Putnam Ave. in Cambridge. It is close to Harvard, MIT, MGH, and BU.
It is 8 minutes walk to a red line T station(Central Square) and is on the
70/70A/64/47 bus lines.
I own this parking space. It is inside a townhouse complex and away
from busy roads. It is uncovered and on the paved brick area in front of my
house that I own.
You should have up-to-date car insurance, car registration, and driver's
license. It works best if you park your car here most of the time but use
the car only once or twice a week.
