标 题: 怎么在court appeal stop sign ticket

最近有些背。前段时间在自家小区的stop sign没有full stop，被警察
给了ticket。之前已经连续7年没有得到ticket了，只是去年的时候撞了
黄灯被警察抓了给了个warning。
因为LD前段时间也得了个speeding ticket（LD十几年驾龄里的第一张ticket），
所以两人都想去court appeal，否则保险费估计涨不少。
请问在court怎么argue才能赢呢？坚持说full stop了，还是说没有完全stop？
估计说没有full stop 肯定要输。那怎么让他们相信full stop了呢？那个
警察也不知躲在哪里，stop sign附近没有看见，到了家门口才发现警察在后面
跟着。

do not argue with police in front of magistrate.
google out a good script, or follow my sample:
Sir, I think what officer said is very likely true.
I drive through Newton everyday, I know they are working very hard.
on that afternoon, likely I didn't stop fully as there was no traffic.
(for your hubby: likely I missed out on the speed limit and got caught at
the end of down hill)
As this is my first ticket,
would you please show your leniecy to keep my driving record clean for the
rest of my life?
recite your script multiple times on the way to the court.

这么说不就是认罪吗？我去年有个warning，这次有个ticket，感觉这么说
的话估计就判guilty了。

还是抬举警察大哥, 老实认罪争取宽大处理为好，
除非你确信你的证据能搞定judge.
