费正清当年刚研究中国史的时候也总结过，打个比方就是中国的商人从来不研究怎么去
发明高效的捕鼠机器，而是设法怎么去从最高权力那里获得捕鼠的特权。也从来不想怎
么把蛋糕做大，而是想怎么让自己能切更大的一块。
