发帖数: 58 | 4 其实对老西安真没啥抱怨滴，现在的饭店水平基本就那样了，好歹他家的厨子在国内还
做过，好多饭馆的厨子都是出国才学的。
国内的西安老字号面馆的水平现在也下降的好多，价格翻了十倍不止了，以前一个擀面
皮+冰峰就行了，现在的量没2份都不塞牙缝的。
去过西安滴就知道老字号的面馆环境设施都是又破又小地，看着比较大型点滴都是加盟
的自己根本不会做的。村里那些面馆还不如老西安呢。知道老陕传统正宗的上饼子方式
吗？都是空手入白刃的--直接用手抓给你。
对比国内的西安面馆和老西安，额觉得老西安好很了，知足了 | b**m

if you know how much I am into Chi.
and I was going to try the other dish on the way back home, but my coworker
did not want to go.
Should have ordered some take out.
Don't worry, maybe we will run a Hubei/Hunan special and outrun them????
