求租：两房一厅 一月份12/13日入住。如果房好的话，也可以提前一个星期入住
我自己住一间，父母住一间
要求：
1）北面橙线不远过Sullivan Square（Wellington晚上9点后没地铁）
2) 南面红线不远过North Quincy
3) 其他地铁线不用转车到Downtown，地铁上的时间不超过18分钟
4）出家门走路到地铁不超过5个Block/5分钟 -- 父母冬天走路不方便
5）最好有少量家具
价钱不超过2000，看离地铁距离和周围环境而定 |

9点以后绝大多数没有到wellington的地铁。地铁只到前一个站Sullivan Square，然后
要走到Bus站转Bus到wellington。然后Wellington的公共汽车半个小时才一班。
我是生物薄厚，每天工作7am-9pm后，对晚上地铁转公车深恶痛绝。

kendall/MIT red line. The den is the size of the apartment. It is within 5
minutes walk to T, very convenient. The apartment complex is called third
square and you could check it online. The condition is very good. If you are
interested, let me know.
一年租期未到，在近MIT/Kendall square 红线地铁站旁一室一厅加一den, third
square apartment, 12 月底available. 租期到明年5月底。
现在巿场租金from rental office 在3100到3200 左右,我当时lease 2900 到3000一个
月。现想从一月份转租到lease到期 五月份.这里有健身房，游泳池，环境很好。地点
很便利 |
