多，不好的地方是mattapan，这个才是dorchester最差的地方，你看拿crimemap枪杀比

以租房尽量不要到那些地方租，但是dorchester靠海得那片还凑合，不是最差得。JFK/
UMass Peninsular apt严格说应该属于south boston |

600尺的2 Bedroom Apt$2900，犹豫一个下午就被人抢掉了。 |

bedroom goes for $1500-$1700 in north quincy.
Far away from subway you could find some cheaper rent, but you need to buy a
car with insurance and parking expenses which is another cost in additional
to the rent.

something, but you need to buy a car with insurance and parking expenses
which is another cost in additional to the rent. Insurance/parking/car
payment could easily add up to extra $800/month.
And the time wasted in walking or subway or driving is another $200/month
minimum if you calculated at minimum wage $7.25/hr.
