降个六千块吗? 还是说已经进入inspection阶段，就只能已home inspection的结果为

看你有多想要这个房子。如果不想要了，就可以直接说房检之后觉得不满意，要退出,
押金可以全拿回来。如果还想要，就和seller详细列出要他们修的地方，列一个长的
list, seller 可能不想修，直接从房价上减，争取减下几千到上万块来。如果seller
不同意，你可能要做好退出的准备，押金一样也能拿回来。Good luck. |

不要买双黄线边的房子。否则卖的时候，人家也宰你没商量。

of the price again. You can say because it takes $xxxx to fix the problem,
you request seller give you the credit to fix them or they have to fix them.
And did you put the contigency in your offer letter saying: The purchase
price could not be higher than the appraisal value?
If so, you can always renegotiate the price again when the bank appraisal
value is below the price you offered. The bank appraisal value is normally
the fair market price of the house.
If your broker is experienced enough, he/she should have written this in the
offer letter.
