Area: Large (even including balcony) with beautiful night view
Sunlight: Face to south (the sunny light offered from early morning to
afternoon)
Roommates: 2 graduate students , nice persons, helpful. we have run our
lovely home here for 3 years and make it a warm harbor for Chinese student
to strive in Boston.
Our expectations to new roommate: nice and clean (student preferred)
