B) And what if everything same, except it is $485k mortage (instead of $400k
loan, downpaid 3%), in city of Boston, which conforming amount is higher?

当别人打电话给你，你就会用各种理由，来加利率，比如说，LTV太高啦，信用分不够啦
还是请你给我问的两个具有普遍性的Case打个利率吧，这两个case才是一般情况下的
case，不是你说的那些特殊情况的几乎无风险情况下的利率。

发帖数: 227 | 10 Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. I had trouble in accessing
boston board yesterday. Here are the
numbers based on today's rate:
A: 30 year fixed: 3.5%
15 year fixed: 2.5%
10/1 ARM: 2.625%
7/1 ARM: 2.5%
5/1 ARM: 2.375%
3/1: 2.25%
B: It is not a typical case at all. You will need to pay PMI. I have nerver
done loan like this. And I could not find a lender in our system who is
willing to take a loan like that.
