There will be one great room available in Malden Tower (Hot!) from Oct 15th
2013.
The location of Malden Tower is great for Students especially for NEU
student. 3 Mins walking to sub station, stadium, Walgreens, Stopshop, 88 and
the Malden police center and goverment hall are just at the foot. So it is
pretty convenient for living and also safe.
The room previously was a large living room (also including a huge balcony),
after a hard and wonderful endeavor, it is now a quasi-bedroom
independently. Since one of our roommate has graduated and leaving, so the
room is available from Oct 14th.
Location: 99 Florence St. Floor 7, Malden, 02148
The Price: 400/M (including Heat and Cool, a lot of money for a house)
Area: Large (even including balcony) with beautiful night view
Laundry: Only 1.00$
Utility: shared with roommates
