公司在麻省，通信行业，大概70人左右，明年会扩张到90多人，业绩稳定，比较轻松。

Job Description
This is a hands on role. The candidate will be responsible for:
• All month end, quarter end and year end close reconciliation’s/
schedules and financial statement preparation
• HW/SW Revenue recognition, following ASC 985-605, Software amended
by ASU 2009-14 Software – Certain Revenue Arrangements that Include
Software Elements, applying the hierarchy of ASC 605-25, Revenue Recognition
- Multiple Element Arrangements
• VSOE Analysis
• Inventory valuation and overhead allocation
• Sales Commission accrual and calculation
• Stock option expense, 123R calculations
• Local, State and Federal reporting requirements
• Payroll processing
• Internal management reporting
• Management of annual audit process, including preparation of all
schedules and acting as primary interface with auditors
Requirements:
• BS or MS in Accounting
• 2+ years in public accounting (preferred)
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong revenue recognition involving HW, SW and Support elements
• Strong QuickBooks and Excel Skills
