market in MLS. The listing agents contacted me before the houses were in MLS
. They only put them into MLS after the offers were accepted already. They
told me that they sold most of their listings this way.
Just some information to share with house buyers and buyer agents. You may
consider to get connection with the agents who have most listings in the
area that you are looking for and might get some surprise. Of course, you
