发帖数: 71 | 1 过几个月要搬去Boston了，经过考察之后发现quincy是个很合适的地方，上班生活都方
便。目前看到两个公寓都挺好的，munroe place和ten faxon评价都不错，价格也还好
，听说还包水暖？
不知道有没有住在那里的前辈吗？条件好吗？若是能给refer就更好啦！

发帖数: 152 | 2 North Quincy 还不错，中国人比较多，有红线地铁，离93近，超市比较齐全，外国的
中国的都有。North Quincy 地铁站旁边的两栋楼不错（在West Squatum Street上），
方便。灰色的主要出租（Archstone），红色的大部分都是个人own的，偶尔也有出租机
会。 |

safe and convenient.
Reference fee is $1000, we can split if you choose to live here.
Munroe Place is a little cheaper, but it's closer to T station and street,
probably more noisy. |

发帖数: 1514 | 6 Our rent for a 2-bedroom apartment at Ten Faxon only raised $25 last year.
The management is very nice and the noise level between units is minimal
since it has concrete floor. I recommend this apartment if you don't have
school age kids. |

如果在cambridge工作的话，每天上下班这个commute时间是不是有点长啊？
