让人侧目的是它是个modular house。我想听听版上买过房的或者代理们的过来人意见
。请最好说些真实发生过的例子，成了辩论就没意思了。显然每种房子都有其优缺点。

Definition:
Modular houses are built in a factory, and then transported to the
construction site where they are assembled(见附件). As such, modular houses
are often called factory built or manufactured houses, while the traditional
houses are called site-built or stick-built houses.
pros:
1. 性价比高。这个是事实。我们也看了很多房子了，如果这个不是modular house，绝
对要再高出10~20%。说起来，我们接受得起的房子里很少看到卧室会有那么大的:)。
2. 密封效果好，utilities bill低
Cons:
1. 人们接受度低（不知道是对新事物的偏见，还是客观如此）there is still some
resistance to this kind of structure.People still think that it's inferior
in construction quality.
2。Because of "1", there is less appreciation space for modular house。You
may not get the same resale value as you would a site-built home.
3。(True?)can't remodel it later. say, if we decided later we didn't want
that wall dividing the family room, we couldn't remove it because its part

Extension Woburn, MA，房子质量和价钱没说的，我走开是因为要考虑给宝宝去好学区
，所以打算不免俗了。

房主补了几次，补得有些凸凹不平。纽约州的很多大豪宅也是模块结构的房子。最主要
看建商是否对盖种房有经验。 |
