顺便说一下一个（可能的）骗子的消息。
自称韩国女人，邮箱地址可能是 akim什么什么，
行骗的方法是要预定你的房子，然后通过寄给你支票，
让你把支票上超过房租的钱转汇出去。
我不能非常确定这就是骗子，但 too good to be true，
希望大家能留个心眼。

Natick, Sudbury, Southboro, Westborough.
Two sunny, furnished rooms in a beautiful ranch house. This home is located
at the most desirable area of North Framingham, very close to Sudbury. It is
away from major traffic but easy access to route 9, and I-90. The
neighborhood is nice and very quiet.
The rent for the master room with half bath is $600/month including super
high speed wireless internet, while the rent for another, same size room is
$500/month. You will have access to all common areas including kitchen,
dinning room, living room, three season room, laundry area. You will share a
nice full bathroom with other roommates. Utilities is shared (Heating,
Electricity and Water).
I would like to share my house with somebody who is responsible, respectable
, considerate. I prefer single professionals who work regular working hours.
Sincere request only please.
Lease is month by month. First month and last month rent is required to move
in. Minimum 3 month stay is required. Sorry no pet please.

3－4月的短租不好找，而且她说了五月才开始租。
如果这个人比较trustworthy的话，也不妨考虑一下，
就当交个朋友帮个忙吧。
