300k的话，3.25和3.5每月差别应该很小。

高一点 她说如果首付40% 信用超过740（我730多）就会低一点， 那我可以锁了？

mortgage.
1). How many units are there in the association?
2). How many units have been finished?
3). How many units have been sold?
4). How many of the sold units are owner occupied?
5). Is there one owner owns more than 10% of the total units?
The answer to those questions will determine whether you are eligible for a
conventional loan.
