If you bring your buyer agent to see the house, most likely your buyer agent
will ask the seller for his/her 2.5% commission fee. Do you think the
seller want to pay that if she/he already tried to list the house by himself
/herself?
Unless the seller has trouble to find a buyer.

发帖数: 113 | 5 都可以，卖家省的是listing agent那部分，在广告上会注明buyer agent的中介费比例
。单纯的私人交宜对seller不一定划算。你可以看一下他的广告是否有buyer agent中
介费，我代理的买sell by owner有中介费。good luck.

如果对方广告有买家代理中介费，而你又不需要代理。讲价的时候要减去这个费用，因
为是你自己的工作，不是帮seller省钱,是帮你自己省。good luck.
